Our chain mill style oversize product crushers are in use worldwide producing DAP, MAP,NPK, GTSP, MCP, AND DICAL in tonnages up to 100 tons per hour. Our crushers are designed for maximum useful life in very harsh operating conditions. Our design features combine to make our mills very low cost to operate and maintain. Annual costs for the replacement of consumable spare parts normally average only 8% to 10% of the purchase price of the equipment We maintain a stock supply of flail assemblies for immediate shipment. Other consumables such as liners and rotors are also available for prompt turnaround. We also custom manufacture pug mills, lump crushers, rotary digesters, and other equipment including proprietary equipment for companies such as Owens Corning, Texas Instruments, Texas Utilities, Nordstrom Valves, and Kimberly Clark.
